OVERVIEW
Foster Falls is at the south end of the Fiery Gizzard Trail. The short, but steep trail leads to a cool suspension bridge near Foster Falls. The pool at the bottom is perfect for swimming. You can make a longer 2 mile hike by continuing past the waterfall on the Climber's Loop, aptly named for the many sport climbing routes here. The trail will eventually lead up to the rim above Foster Falls and back to the trailhead. We definitely recommend stopping at the Mountain Goat Market in nearby Monteagle for a snack/lunch before or after your hike!
TRAILHEAD INFO
The trailhead is located south of Tracy City, TN. There is a paved lot and gravel overflow parking and restrooms as well. It can definitely get busy here on nice days.Â
