Video of the Week

This video of the week is from 4th of July weekend in 2014 at the Grundy Forest Day Loop at South Cumberland State Park. This is one of our favorite places to go for a short day hike, and we've probably done this at least 15 times. On this hike we start out clockwise on the Grundy Day Loop then take the trail to Sycamore Falls and return on the rest of the Grundy Day Loop. Despite it's short length, this hike packs in a few waterfalls, cool rock formations and fun swimming holes.
