Video of the Week

This video of the week is from November 2019 at the Twin Arches in the Big South Fork National River & Recreation Area. We followed the Twin Arches Loop counterclockwise to the North Arch then continued on the loop trail passing several huge rock shelters. The rest of the hike is an enjoyable walk through the beautiful forest to the Charit Creek Lodge. We stopped here for a break and to buy a snack. :) We would love to stay the night here sometime. The trail from here ascends about 400 feet to the South Arch. After visiting Utah a couple years earlier, we loved seeing these different types of arches. The total distance for this hike is around 5.5-6 miles. We definitely want to re-visit this hike again!
