Video of the Week

This video of the week is from July 2014  at Burgess Falls State Park. Burgess Falls is definitely one of the most well-known waterfalls in Tennessee, and our most popular video. The hike to the platform overlooking the falls is an easy 1/2 mile walk from the trailhead. You'll follow alongside the river most of the way, and there are a few pretty cascades along here as well. There used to be a staircase leading to the base of Burgess Falls, but it was washed away in a flood a few years ago. You can still access the base of the waterfall by kayaking up from Center Hill Lake. We highly recommend this waterfall as it's such an easy hike and an absolutely gorgeous waterfall!
