This video of the week is from September 2018 near Prentice Cooper State Forest. Our plan was to hopefully see a cloud inversion from the overlook at Snooper's Rock. We left Nashville around 3:30am in order to see the sunrise from Snooper's Rock, however, when we arrived at the state forest it was closed! This time of year they are closed periodically for hunting, and we failed to check beforehand what those dates were. Luckily, we were able to find a trailhead on the Tennessee River where we could fly the drone from. Unfortunately we weren't able to see the beautiful sunrise but the drone did! Below is our not so pretty view. :) Snooper's Rock is definitely worth a visit though. It is definitely one of the prettiest overlooks on the plateau. This is a cool link that explains a cloud inversion. Cloud InversionÂ
