OVERVIEW
Short Springs State Natural Area is home to Machine Falls and Bobo Creek, both great places to splash around and explore. There are a few trails in this area, and we haven't explored them all yet. We definitely recommend going in the spring and hiking the small Wildflower Loop, then heading over to Machine Falls. Both are short hikes, around 2 miles roundtrip from the trailhead. We recommend grabbing lunch at Jiffy Burger in Manchester - one of the best burger's around!
TRAILHEAD INFO
The trailhead is located near Tullahoma, TN. There is a very small area for parking, and it can get very crowded on nice days. There are no restrooms at the trailhead.
